Ralph E. McClanahan II.

The Museuem's founder is Ralph E. McClanahan II., from Irvine, Kentucky. For those who know him, we call him Judge. He is not only a bike collector and historian, but a District Judge for three Eastern Kentucky Counties. He has operated three movie theaters in Ewing, VA., Irvine, Ky. and Cumberland Gap, Tenn.
